Whether your goal is bodybuilding, powerlifting or general strength training, there are los of free online training programs you can choose from these days. Certainly, some of them are well composed, but let’s be honest, many of them are not. It would be great if everyone was able to afford a qualified coach who can provide his/her trainees with an individualized program. Reality is different though.
